With five years of experience in the beauty industry, I specialize in creating customized hair services that enhance each client’s natural beauty while maintaining the health and integrity of the hair. I believe every appointment should feel elevated, personal, and results-driven. Through detailed consultations, techniques, and continued education, I aim to deliver consistent, high quality results in a refined environment. Pretty Thing Parlor is a space where clients can relax, feel confident, and leave feeling like the best version of themselves.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedule requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. Rescheduling is always welcome when done 24 hours or more in advance. Changes made within the 24-hour window will be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly. No-shows or same day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service total, as this time is reserved exclusively for you and is often difficult to fill on short notice. Please note: if paying with a credit/debit card there is a 2.5% processing fee. This is my livelihood, and last minute cancellations directly impact my ability to support my business.
